Hosted by our Peer Leaders Rahim, Nayi and Patrick, the ISL Paintea Event was a relaxing afternoon of chai, snacks and painting. All attending students were given a cup of warm sweet chai, as they cracked open the paint supplies and gathered around the various tables to catch up and unwind after their midterms. In addition to this, to celebrate Lunar New Year, each student was given a special Lunar New Year rubber ducky, and two lucky students who received the star spotted duck, were handed a special dragon plushie. The event was a success, with many of the snacks entirely gone by the end and students coming back for second and third cups of chai and even having some new dorm decor having taken their canvases back with them.
