In recent years, campus interest in Indigenous knowledges, histories, and contemporary experiences has drastically grown at Carleton. Indigenous peoples are diverse, including the Indigenous communities with which Carleton is in partnership and the Indigenous student, faculty, and staff community on campus.
The following guidance is meant to provide you with clarity regarding the best person or people to approach when you have questions about Indigenous engagement in your campus coursework, programming, or relationship building. If you have a question not represented in the list below, please schedule a conversation with Marcy Averill, Indigenous Communities Liaison in the CCCE.
