Employee ID Cards
Employee ID cards are produced by Campus Services, Sayles-Hill Room 5, anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Your photo will be included on the card, and it is also used for the online Campus Directory. Campus Directory photos for faculty and staff can also be customized in Directory Settings (edit your Bio to access the image upload).
Carleton’s OneCard system gives you access to library services, entrance to the recreation center and other campus buildings as needed, and admission to College events. You will also need it to use copy machines. You can pre-purchase Schillers (stored value funds) and spend them in Sayles Cafe, Weitz Cafe, Schulze Cafe, the Dining Halls, Bookstore, Post Office,and select vending machines.
