The Division of Inclusion, Equity & Community offers a range of IDE workshops tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of various audiences in our community. Our workshops can be customized to address specific topics, and we welcome requests for sessions and workshops. IDE Community Education as part of the IDE Plan

Ongoing IDE education is part of the IDE plan as follow:

Strategy 1.2.3 Develop and provide ongoing antibias racial education for all campus groups and stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, trustees, and alumni leadership.

IDE Education Requirement

Staff and faculty are required to complete at least one IDE Community Education session/workshop offered or sponsored by the IEC Division per academic year. For academic year 2023-2024, staff and faculty will have the opportunity to complete the required session/workshop until Spring 2025.
