Intercultural Interactions in the Workplace

This workshop will help you develop the skills to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You'll learn how to navigate cultural differences, build strong relationships, and create a more inclusive and productive workplace.

This is part of the IDE Community Education workshops and will count as the IDE education requirement. Registration will be required.

Presented by:

Ruthie Johnson (MA, Intercultural Communication) has worked in Diversity and Inclusion across several sectors for 12+ years. She most recently worked as  DEI Executive Coach at Hennepin Healthcare, a Level 1 Trauma facility. She is a Level 2 ICF certified coach, and Qualified Administrator of the IDI. When she's not working, Ruthie and her pup, Samosa are participating in the Owner Provided training program with Can Do Canines or, as weather permits paddleboarding on a lake.  The workshop will be co-facilitated by Michelle Sylvester.
