This workshop focuses on recognizing and addressing subtle acts of exclusion to foster a more supportive and equitable campus culture. Through open dialogue and shared accountability, participants will learn practical strategies to combat these behaviors and create an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging. Attendees will leave with actionable steps to promote inclusivity and strengthen the community.

This is part of the IDE Community Education workshops and will count as the IDE education requirement. Registration will be required.
