Demonstrating + Screen recording tech stack for CARCAS project

As part of the DHAs' work on CARCAS, there's now a more complicated process for uploading new models and modifying the viewer. Most of this knowledge currently lives in my head, and I'm graduating.

In the IdeaLab, I can demonstrate the process to some of the DHA supervisors and other DHAs who aren't graduating. The IdeaLab is a good space for this because I want to use a computer where I can demonstrate starting from scratch, and I can screen record / narrate what I'm doing as a reference for future student workers.
