Time off benefits begin accruing on the first day of employment. Time off accruals are pro-rated based on the employee’s assigned FTE. For more information regarding the Time Off benefits listed below, please refer to the Campus Handbook.

Use of Time Off Benefits When Notice of Termination is Provided
The last day worked will be the effective employment termination date. Employees who have submitted their notice of resignation or retirement may not use their time off benefits (i.e. vacation, sick, floating holiday, weather days, winter break or unused College Holiday) to extend their termination end date.
