Managing Conflicts in the Workplace

Thu, October 23, 2025 • 12:00pm - 1:00pm (1h)

When people come together, they often bring their differences with them, making it possible for conflicts to occur. In today’s challenging environment and with regularly added pressures, these factors can exacerbate and contribute to increased disagreements and miscommunications, both personally and professionally. This webinar explores how to more effectively manage interpersonal conflict at work and at home, as well as how to employ skills and strategies to increase open and effective conflict resolution.

This webinar will be presented by Donna R. Drucker, LCSW, a Health Advocate EAP-affiliated facilitator.

Staff and faculty must register for this webinar through Workday. Upon enrolling, the Zoom link will be available through Workday Learning and the calendar invite that you will receive from Workday. Please join the webinar from your computer or join us in Anderson 223 if you don't have computer access. An HR representative will be there to display the webinar on the screen. Feel free to bring your lunch with you!
