EAP Support for Faculty and Staff
Events like the trial of Derek Chauvin and the murder of George Floyd can be a source of intense emotions for many, especially those who have experienced or witnessed racial trauma in the past. Staff and faculty, along with family members living in their household, have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for counseling/therapy (individual & family). There are multiple ways to access Health Partner’s EAP benefit, they are as follows: Online: Employee Assistance Program and use password Carleton or Phone: 1-866-326-7194 for 24/7 access. There is also a Mobile App: EAP iConnectYou for iPhone, Android or web browser. Register using your email and the password 231020.

Update in Office Hours
Until further notice, the Office of Human Resources will have limited on-campus staffing. You can reach members of the Human Resources team via phone or email during regular business hours. For in-person assistance, please stop by Strong House between 9am and 2pm Monday through Friday.

Effective March 2020, Staff (Exempt, Non-Exempt & Union) must report their absences related to being infected with COVID-19 or under quarantine due to the disease. Please complete the COVID-19 Related Absence form.
