The Wait List Rosters form will allow you to view wait list roster information either in your web browser or in Excel. You will need to choose which classes(s) you’d like in your report and the fields of information you need to see. All current and future wait list rosters with enrolled students are included in the list. The name of the course is automatically populated in the listing, and information will be sorted by course name and then by wait list rating (the date and time the student added themselves to the wait list). Students who have enrolled in the course are not included.
Classes: Choose one or more Classes by clicking on the box(es) in front of the section codes.
Information: Choose the fields you wish to have in your report by
clicking on the appropriate boxes
Output Selection: You can view the report in the web browser or
download as an Excel spreadsheet.
Click on Submit when you are ready to run the report. If you download as an Excel spreadsheet, you can click on the File menu and then Save As to save the spreadsheet for later use.
