The Concentration Report form will allow you to view information on your students either in your web browser or in Excel. You will need to choose which concentration(s) you’d like in your report, the primary and secondary sort order, and what fields of information you need to see.
Departments: Choose one or more Concentrations by clicking on the box(es) in front of the concentration codes.
First Sort by: Choose the primary (first) sort by clicking on the drop-down box and selecting a field.
Second Sort by: Choose the secondary (second) sort by clicking on the drop-down box and selecting a field.
Information: Choose the fields you wish to have in your report by clicking on the appropriate boxes
Output Selection: You can view the report in the web browser or download as an Excel spreadsheet.
Click on Submit when you are ready to run the report. If you download as an Excel spreadsheet, you can click on the File menu and then Save As to save the spreadsheet for later use.
