We are delighted to share that Rebecca Brückmann, Associate Professor of History, has been appointed an ACM Leadership Fellow for 2025-2027.
The Associated Colleges of the Midwest selected 10 fellows from among its 14 partner colleges. The fellows are tenured Humanities faculty with demonstrated leadership capabilities, commitments to diversity and inclusive equity, and the potential for a transformative impact at their institution.
As part of her fellowship responsibilities, Brückmann will lead two discrete projects. One will explore an expansion of interdisciplinary collaboration among Carleton programs that study racialization, ethnicity, and intersectionality; the second, a collaboration with Associate Provost Yansi Pérez to improve the College’s retention action plan for historically underrepresented faculty.
