David Kelliher ’86 will discuss the intersection of Minnesota history and public policy through the work of the Minnesota Historical Society, featuring the state’s 2008 Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment. In its first decade, the “Legacy Amendment” has funded nearly $50 million.

A Carleton history major, David is the director of Government Relations and Public Policy for the Minnesota Historical Society which promotes the history of the state through education and preservation.
