What is Junk Mail?
Junk Mail is OHP’s delivery service for free menstrual and safer-sex supplies at Carleton College. Junk mail is delivered to students’ campus mailboxes (not off-campus).
How does the Junk Mail delivery systems work?
Junk Mail kits are delivered to campus mailboxes on Friday afternoon each week (see button below). Kits will be delivered in a discreet brown paper bag with only your name and mailbox number on it. Students are limited to ONE request per week.
NOTE: Your name and info is kept private and only seen by the Office of Health Promotion and the SWA’s.
What can I order?
OHP offers the following supplies for Junk Mail:
- Internal condoms & External condoms,
- Lube
- Tampons
- Pads
- Menstrual Cups (Coming in October 2023)
- All packages also feature educational materials.
How soon will I receive my order?
Junk Mail are mailed once a week on Fridays. The deadline to request each week’s delivery is by Thursday @ Noon (12pm).
Are there other places on campus where I can get safer sex supplies for free?
Yes! Below are other options where you can get safer sex supplies in person
