Nooks are weekly activities designed to promote mental health and well-being through intentional self-care activities, health information, overall and fun ways to take a break to support your wellness!

Nooks are created by Student Wellness Advocates (SWAs) on the Mental Health and Well-Being team in Office of Health Promotion. A new nook is created for each week of the academic term and is swapped out with the past week’s activity on Mondays.

Nook Locations:

  1. Office of Health Promotion – The table outside of the office (Sayles 162)
  2. Gould Library – on the 4th floor immediately to your left after entering (in front the stairs)
  3. Language & Dining Center (LDC) – on the second floor by the stairs.
