  • Each night, write 3 good things that happened that day, big or small, using as much or as little detail as you want.
  • 3 Good Things retrains your brain to recognize the positives and shifts your attention away from the negatives.
  • Retraining your brain is hard, but with practice it will become easier and more effective!
