SWAlibe
The SWAlibe is a curation of relaxation techniques and resources; it houses both preventative and coping relaxing techniques intended for stress relief, mindfulness, and guided thought-reframing activities. These techniques include: eating mindfully, progressive muscle relaxation, radical acceptance, self-affirmations, soothing the five senses, and a variety of breathing techniques.
SWAlibe resources are both available as printed handouts in the SWAffice and as PDFs on The Office of Health Promotion website. The in-office SWAlibe also houses a variety of books that contain other relaxation activities. Some of these resources include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, further mindfulness activities, and so on.
We encourage you to stop by OHP and check out all of our resources!
