Gao Hong Dice, Lecturer in Chinese Musical Instruments, received the Arts Learning grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. Funds of $16,750 will support her in promoting Chinese music and culture in the Northfield, Minnesota community. More at Gao’s personal website.
