Annual Giving Highlights

The Alumni Annual Fund raised $8,009,126 for Carleton, which represents contributions from 11,693, or 45 percent, of alumni.

With contributions from the Parents and Friends funds, total annual giving reached $8.85 million in fiscal year 2017, with Carleton trustees contributing $1,063,003. All of these superb results are thanks to the more than 700 alumni volunteers who reached out on behalf of the Annual Fund.

Reunion Giving Highlights

Reunion classes from 1942 to 2012 raised $2,259,407 in gifts for the 2017 Alumni Annual Fund, and 48 percent of alumni contributed to the AAF this fiscal year. Over Reunion weekend, a record 2,860 alumni, family, and friends celebrated together.

50th Reunion

The Class of 1967 celebrated its 50th Reunion with a class record for gift participation of 70 percent, adding up to a total of more than $15.4 million. 

25th Reunion

In planning a celebration of inclusivity and creativity, the Class of 1992 set a new 25th Reunion attendance record with 47 percent of alumni attending Reunion; they also raised a class record cash gift of $412,024. They received the Spirit of ’62 Award for creating positive change through their approach to Reunion.
