Let's Make Kartoffelklöße!

Join us for a cooking evening on Friday from 4-6pm in the Multicultural Center. We’ll be making Kartoffelklöße!

Klöße (also known as Knödel in some regions) are soft, round dumplings made from potatoes. These dumplings are known throughout Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

We’ll prepare everything from scratch: boil and mash the potatoes, shape the dumplings, and cook a homemade creamy mushroom sauce to go with them.
