The Hydrology Program at New Mexico Tech will be offering a 2-week summer field course in hydrology for the first time this July, and we are trying to get the word out. We would greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to share the attached flier with anyone who may be interested. We anticipate admitting a mix of graduate students, professionals, and advanced undergrads.
Broad areas covered in the field exercises will include aquifer mechanics, aquifer/spring geochemistry, geophysical methods in hydrology, streamflow hydraulics, stream-aquifer interactions, and tracer techniques.
