Dan Hernandez is teaching Ecosystem Ecology and lab (BIOL 321/322) in fall term. The class is 2A with a Thursday afternoon lab. It’s a good fit for students that want to learn more of the “bio” aspects of biogeochemistry!
– The class requires BIOL 126 and one 200-level course in BIOL, GEOL, or CHEM. The BIOL 126 requirement for students will be waived if there are open spots in the class after those that have the prerequisites have registered.
– The lab is not required to enroll in the class, although it does provide students the opportunity to learn about the practical application of tools and techniques in ecosystem ecology.
