The Mining & Geological Engineering department at the University of Arizona is seeking multiple MS and/or PhD students starting in Fall 2025 on fully funded research projects related to critical minerals. Students with backgrounds and interests in geology, metallurgy, mineralogy, materials science, chemistry, or geological remote sensing are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in research is beneficial but not required.
