Sarah and Jon took 25 students to the Salton Sea over mid-term break for the Structural Geology field trip. Despite the threat from two atmospheric rivers, the weather was generally fine and the rocks and desert plants were a welcome change from the (admittedly unseasonably warm) Minnesota winter.
