Get into the Halloween spirit at this special Tea Time! We’ll have supplies to create your own costume accessories using headbands and other crafty materials—plus a costume contest where you can show off your creations or rock a look you brought from home. Enjoy tea, treats, and spooky vibes while celebrating with community.
