The Gender & Sexuality Center is excited to announce our Lavender Celebration program! This is a program that honors and celebrates LGBTQIA+ Carls who will be graduating as members of the class of 2026!
The Lavender Celebration will take place during Senior Week on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026 at The Great Hall from 11:30am-1:00pm. There will be a pre-reception mixer with refreshments from 11:30 am-12:00 pm. At 12:00 pm the official program will begin, which will feature remarks from students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Lunch will be provided.
In honor of this occasion, there will be special remarks given by seniors, staff, faculty, and the Out After Carleton (OAC Board). This event intends to bring LGBTQIA+ seniors together in community and celebration for all that you have accomplished throughout your time at Carleton.
LGBTQIA+ Seniors that wish to participate in Lavender Celebration to complete the following LAVENDER CELEBRATION REGISTRATION FORM. We want to account for the number of stoles that we need to order, the food for the program, dietary needs, seating, accessibility, etc.
