Queering Space: Mapping Queer Experiences at Carleton

Mon, October 30, 2023 • 5:00pm - 6:30pm (1h 30m) • Sayles 251

Join the Gender & Sexuality Center and J McKinney from the Department of Cognitive Science for Queering Place: Mapping Queer Experiences at Carleton, a creative workshop where we will share and collect our experiences of queer life on campus. We will engage with play and artmaking to co-create a queer communal map that will serve as an archive of these places. Art materials will be provided. Feel free to bring ideas, photos, or other representations of queer spaces, or simply come as you are.

Participants must register via this form prior to attending the event.

Dinner will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

This event is part of the GSC’s LGBTQIA+ History Month programming series. Check out our full calendar of events here.
