Chérif Keïta, William H. Laird Professor of French and the Liberal Arts, on January 28 was a panelist in a webinar jointly sponsored by Uppsala University (Sweden) and the Mande Studies Association on African Dynamics: Transdisciplinarity and the Decolonization of Methodologies and Epistemologies. He presented on the use of African language terminologies in the study of the epic genre in the Mande world.
