Cathy Yandell, W.I. and Hulda F. Daniell Professor of French and David and Marian Adams Bryn-Jones Distinguished Professor of the Humanities, presented “Bodies Politic: Ronsard’s Poetry for Catherine de Médicis” at the Sixteenth Century Society Conference in Montreal in October. Shira Weidenbaum ’99 (Quest University, Canada) and Toby Wikström ’96 (Tulane) also gave papers at the conference.
