Forum Q&A with President Byerly! All Forum members are welcome. Initial questions will come from Forum survey results:
- What is your vision for the college, and how do you see that vision impacting staff?
- How would Carleton Leadership like to see staff engage with campus in the years to come?
- What do you see as Opportunities for Leadership, Mentoring, and Professional Development for staff?
- Career Advancement and Professional Development Opportunities within Carleton--what exists, what doesn't, and why?
- What strategies exist or can we implement that might help improve perception or reality of faculty/staff relations and staff/supervisor relations? (Ex. greater equity amongst diverse roles)
- Can we create a more equitable campus for staff: how benefits create divisions between employees (SAC & Forum)
- How can staff get involved in campus policies & decision making?
