Forum is a committee--comprised of members Carleton's exempt staff--that serves in an advisory role to the President. Forum’s primary charge is to support and advocate for the professional well-being of Carleton College exempt staff members while contributing to the College's mission.  Any exempt staff members are invited to attend and get involved.
