March 6, 2024: Deadline for faculty representative to submit materials
Purpose
The Morris K. Udall Scholarship and Excellence in National Environmental Policy Foundation awards approximately 75 scholarships annually to students pursuing careers related to environmental public policy, or who are Native Americans or Alaska Natives pursuing careers related to health care or tribal public policy (defined broadly). The program honors Representative Udall’s work to preserve the environment and public lands.
Application Process
Request access to the Udall Scholarship application by contacting Director of Student Fellowships Marynel Ryan Van Zee (mryanvanzee@carleton.edu).
The following materials should be submitted to the Office of Student Fellowships (fellowships@carleton.edu) by January 26, 2024, 11:59pm:
- Application
- Required essay
- Current college transcript
- 3 letters of recommendation
