The Fulbright Student Program has been in existence since 1946 and offers U.S. Citizens the opportunity to spend an academic year in a foreign country of their choice. Each year approximately 1900 fellowships are granted for work in over 160 countries worldwide. Students may apply in the academic (study/research or arts) category or the English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) category. Seniors and recent Carleton graduates apply through Carleton’s Office of Student Fellowships.
