Rebecca Carel, age 66, died on August 8th after an illness. Becky was a part-time Recreation Center staff and Building Supervisor from 2006 to the present, where she was always willing to pitch in and provide valuable ideas. She cared deeply about others, including their wellness and fitness. Becky loved being around students and people always enjoyed being around her. Becky’s smile and enthusiasm will be greatly missed.
A service Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 14 at the Church of St. Dominic in Northfield. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 13 at Bierman Funeral Home & Crematory of Northfield. Visitation will continue Wednesday morning at church one hour prior to Mass.
