Traditionally, Family Weekend is held each fall at midterm to give parents and families a sense of what campus life is like for their students. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to welcome guests to campus last fall, so we created several virtual events to give families a look at the Carleton experience.

Videos from the 2020 events are available below.

Monday, October 5 | 12:00 noon

“Life on Campus 30 Days Into Fall Term”

A live Zoom session with Vice President of Student Life and Dean of Students Carolyn Livingston. View a recording of the session below.

Monday, October 12 | 6:00 pm

“COVID-19 Protocols and Clinical Services”

Friday, October 16 | 4:00–6:00 pm

Undergraduate Research and Internship Symposium

During this synchronous session, you will be able to explore a range of students’ summer experiences with research and internships and connect with students. Once on the Symposium platform, attendees can expect to watch short videos, view posters online, and exchange comments with some of the presenters in real-time.

Many of the research and internship experiences were made possible with the support of generous donors.

The session will remain open through October 26, for additional asynchronous viewing and comments.
