Built in 1927, Evans Hall is one of Carleton’s oldest residence halls. The 2012 renovation included code, life safety, and accessibility improvements, increasing the number of beds, upgrading the electrical and heating systems, and replacing windows. PCL Construction Services was awarded the project, along with many sub-contractors.
