• A majority of schools will ask you to upload a resume as one of the final steps of the applications. If they do not, there will always be a page where you are free to upload additional information, and a resume can be added here.
  • Tailor it towards the program you’re applying to as much as possible. Many programs are particularly concerned with your experience in the subject you plan to study so you do not need to include information about every accomplishment. Research the institutions you are applying to, try and get a sense of what they are looking for in their students and frame your resume to meet that as much as possible.
  • Keep your resume short. Ideally it should not exceed one page. Omit anything that is older than two to four years unless it is particularly unique and important.
