Employee Recognition is an annual spring celebration of the contributions of our employees. Each year we honor our retiring colleagues and recognize the Carleton College, Bon Appétit, and Barnes & Noble employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 years of service at Carleton College.

Employee Recognition took place on April 22, 2025. The program began at noon in Kracum Performance Hall and was followed by a lunch reception in the Weitz Center for Creativity, Class of 1980 Commons.
