That's Entertainment! Exhibit opening and student presentations

Join Assistant Professor of French, Katharine Hargrave, Special Collections Librarian, Jackie Beckey, and the students enrolled in FR303: That's Entertainment! to celebrate and learn about their work studying primary sources in Special Collections and planning the exhibition that will be on view in the library.
Please join the students of FREN 303: "That's Entertainment!" for the opening of their bilingual exhibit in Gould Library. The event will start in the Athenaeum.
Discover new acquisitions to Special Collections in French including an almanac from 1756 and a fortune telling book from 1840. Students will first present their work in English and then attendees are free to visit the exhibit.
This is an interactive experience! Students have created contemporary objects based on each item from Special Collections included in the exhibit. These objects will be on display alongside the item that inspired them. There are board games, rebus puzzles, and personality quizzes for you to try out.
