The theme of Earth Day 2026, is Our Power, Our Planet. To celebrate we host a series of flash talks by Carleton students and faculty highlighting examples from across the curriculum that showcase imaginative, positive engagement with global and local communities to build a more sustainable and just world.
Panelists will include
- Assistant Professor of French and Francophone Studies, Katharine Hargrave and Kate Imeson '29
- Postdoctoral Fellow in Environmental Studies, Roger Faust and John Carlos Alvarez, ENTS '28
- Professor of Art, Kelly Connole and Sam Ulman, Geology'26
- Professor of Environmental Studies Devavani Chatterjea and Sophia Bastian ENTS '26

Talks will be held in the Alumni Guest House 114 from 1-2. Cookies and coffee will be provided.
