Beaver Fest

Come down to Mai-Fete island to learn about the wildlife native to Northfield! Beaver Fest is a student run event celebrating the beavers that live on and around campus. We'll have educational booths, treats, crafts, and lawn games for you to enjoy! In the past we've had everyone from the DNR and UMN professors to representatives from the MN Trappers Association come here to teach us about the importance of beavers in creating Minnesota's wetland environments.
