Sarah DeLappe's play "The Wolves" follows a high school girls' soccer team as they prepare for their weekly Saturday games. The girls, identified only by their jersey numbers, discuss various topics during their warm-up routines, including genocide, menstrual cycles, drugs, boys, literature, and their relationships with each other. As they navigate their personal lives and the politics of the larger world, they also grapple with the challenges of forging their own identities within the team dynamic.
