Assistant Professor of Economics Faress Bhuiyan and Radek Szulga (Lyon College) co-authored an article on the individual level determinants of happiness which has been published in Applied Economics.
The paper titled, “Extreme bounds of subjective well-being: economic development and micro determinants of life satisfaction,” investigates the robustness of roughly 61 determinants of life satisfaction identified by the happiness literature as it relates to the country’s level of economic development.
