Alums and parents working in or adjacent to social or for-profit entrepreneurship are invited to a two-day gathering with working sessions, networking, and community building, including

  • Interactive working sessions led by fellow alumni & parent entrepreneurs on topics like scaling your venture, government relations, effectively working with mentors, and planning for succession or exit.
  • Networking opportunities
  • An opportunity to sit in on a class and interact with students
  • An update on Carleton’s Center for Leadership in Innovation and Change (CLIC)

Keynote Speakers
Arnold Donald ’76, former CEO of Carnival Cruise Lines: “Leading in the Crucible”
Susan Hammel ’86, founder and CEO of Cogent Consulting PBC: “Maintaining True North”

Cost
$120 per person

Housing
Those traveling from out of town can reserve a room in a block at the Northfield Country Inn and Suites (walking distance to campus). (Note: The block has a limited number of rooms and will expire on September 23. So, book promptly.)
