Shannon oversees the administration of four departments: Alumni/Development Information Systems, Stewardship, Central Records, and Development Research; working closely with staff in Alumni Relations, the Annual Fund, Business Office, Development, Communications, ITS, the Career Center, and the President’s Office as well as alumni, parents, and donors. She joined Carleton in 2002 as the Gift Accounting Manager and has since held several positions within External Relations. Shannon graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1998 with a degree in International Management and a minor in Japanese studies. She lives in Northfield with her family and currently serves as the treasurer of the Northfield Fastpitch Softball Association.
