Hello, my name is Naidine Villa.
I am a dedicated library professional passionate about advancing equity and accessibility in information services. I currently work as an Administrative Assistant for Access and Diversity here at Carleton College. My experience includes presenting at the Minnesota Library Association conference and completing an LSTA internship focused on library outreach and leadership. I am pursuing a degree in Library and Information Sciences with the goal of fostering inclusive and representative library spaces. In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved in the Northfield community, supporting local initiatives that promote literacy, accessibility, and cultural engagement.
