I joined the Carleton Communications team in June 2020 as the Marketing Strategist for Admissions & Financial Aid. In December 2022, I transitioned to the role of Director of Design and User Experience. In my current role, I work with campus partners and our talented communications team to:
- Lead the strategy to ensure brand integrity, visual excellence, and intuitive user experience are present across Carleton’s print and digital communications channels.
- Guide major design projects and create compelling designs for both print and digital uses.
- Get to know and share the diverse perspectives and experiences that make Carleton College unique and one of the best liberal arts colleges in the country.
Before coming to Carleton, I worked in the nonprofit sector at a range of community and economic development-focused organizations in rural Minnesota, Chicago, and Baltimore. Most recently, I was the marketing manager at Propel Nonprofits in Minneapolis, a regional capacity building nonprofit for mission-driven organizations across the Upper Midwest.
