Prior to joining Carleton College, Kari spent 14 years at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she held a diverse range of roles including Program Manager for the Health Law Institute, Assistant Director of Recruitment Marketing, and Business Solutions Analyst in IT. Before her tenure in legal education, she served as the Director of Development and Alumni Outreach for Students United.
Kari holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University and earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science, Public Administration, and Women’s Studies from Winona State University. She is deeply embedded in the local community, currently serving as the Market Manager for the Riverwalk Market Fair in Northfield.
