Hello! My name is Jadyn Navaira, and I am the Administrative Assistant for Recruitment Travel & Alumni Admissions.
I was born and raised in Northfield and Faribault, Minnesota, so Carleton has always been a presence in my life. I grew up admiring the beautiful campus and everything the college adds to the community. After graduating from Faribault Senior High, I moved across the country to San Antonio, and later to Austin, Texas. I spent three years as an elementary teacher, and after I moved back to Minnesota in June 2025, it felt like the perfect time (and Carleton the perfect place!) to transition to working in higher education.
I look forward to connecting with past, current, and future Carleton students!
